This full-length live class explores how to skilfully bear weight in the chain of hands, wrists, elbows, arms and shoulders leading up to an all-purpose hopping drill preparing for sun salute hops and handstands. To balance the weight bearing out we will work on binds in side angle and gomukhasana arms. We’ll have a bit of a geek out learning about bony landmarks and rotations, but have a complete flow along the way. Enjoy! (60 minutes/All Levels)
