Ep. 123 – Hamstrings Lengthen and Strengthen

In this full-length live class develop your active range of motion and strength in your hamstrings.  This important component of our physicality is often overlooked in yoga class, so we will start changing our ways.  We will still do a bit of everything including a dancer pose special surprise.  You will need a block and a brick.
