Learn to use the power of your legs more effectively in all asana in this full-length live class. We will focus mostly on the inner thighs through our flow and standing poses. We shake things up with some super strengthening blanket slides, a variation on eagle pose (see below for photo), and a lovely restorative release (see photo). At the end we’ll learn control as we challenge our flexibility. You’ll need a block, brick, blanket, bolster, and strap although you can improvise with whatever you have at home.
