Develop your skills in pendant pose and jump back and thru transitions with this strong but accessible flow focused on core. Set up without shins crossed and blanket underneath tucked toes
Elevate your legs on a bolster supported by two bricks. Back of knees and shins receive support. Feel free to lower the height of the bricks. Bricks should be leg width to provide proper support.
