This live from online flow and restore class (join me for more at yogaonthelane.com on Mondays at 8pm) is focused on self-care, compassion, and keeping a good sense of humour through challenge. We will go through a full flow practice at a relatively moderate and mild pace, play with some standing balance, and rest in a few supported shapes. Be sure to have a couple of blankets to hand.
