Ep. 14 – Release your hip-flexors and quads

Here’s a short, mellow, and effective practice to release a bit of the tension that accumulates in quads and hip-flexors from sitting all day.  Also a great warm-up if you’re going to do a backbend based practice or have done a whole load of core-work to strength your hip-flexors. Also, it just feels nice and is mostly lying down, which is a plus. Enjoy! (all levels/14 minutes)
