Where do you feel your emotions in the body, and how are you tending to them? This is the big question of this class. We want to go from being floppy and disembodied to fiercely embodied and aware. We will use isometric engagement mostly around the hips to learn to feel the present moment sensations of the body and also develop greater body awareness so we can deal with the symptoms of our emotions however they manifest in the body. Expect a full-length flow focused on the hips with loads of strong standing poses and opportunities for inversions. (60 Minutes/All Levels)
