Ep. 149 – Brave

This practice is a short and complete flow that is filled with all the variety of poses formerly known as warrior. Because, I’ve decided Warrior Poses need a new name. I think they should be poses that help us embody Bravery, which is equal parts strength and vulnerability. Use this practice to cultivate your own feelings of bravery whenever you need it. (All Levels/40 Minutes)
