Ep. 15 – Calm me down quick flow 1


This is a practice for when anxiety is high and you need to get out of the head.  We first acknowledge our state of anxiety and stress with kindness and then use a practice that takes you right into flow and physicality to bring your attention to the reality of the present moment.  Finally, we slow down and learn to be with what is through some forward folds and side stretches. Use this when your mind is buzzing and you’re anxious, neurotic, or just generally stressed out or pissed off.  Let yoga bring you back from the edge. (all levels/27 minutes)
