Ep. 153 – Let’s Work on Patience

How patient are you? Let’s embody patience through the careful practice of breath and movement, and especially enjoying moments of pause. We’ll open up breath in the side body, go through a slow and strong full-body flow, and even work on handstand. We will test our patience by working on rhythm with a bit of counted breath. It’s tough, but worth it! You will need a rolled blanket or towel. (All Levels/60 Minutes)
