A live class focused on feeling sensations deep within the body, and especially deep within the hip. We’ll start gently with self-massage and work through progressively more difficult mobility and stability challenges for the hips. You will need a strap, and something to hang on to like a chair or a wall. If you have a massage ball or a tennis ball, you can use it. Enjoy! (All Levels/60 Minutes)
