Ep. 165 – From the Shoulders on Up

Often yoga stops at the shoulders and doesn’t address the needs and life of the neck, throat, jaw, face, and head. This practice will give you loads of new and different practices that include these regions. There will be loads of joint circling, dynamic stretching, self-massage, and flow practice that takes you on up. We’ll go through a bit of a flow that leads up to some big high lunges and camel pose. You’ll need a brick and a blanket. (Intermediate/50 Minutes)
