This practice is all about checking in with how you are feeling, what you are feeling, and where you are feeling it and then using that inquiry to help you decide on the intensity and intention of your practice. We’ll do loads of feel-good postures as well as a slow-burn flow that will lead up to half-moon variations and a choice of handstand, warrior three, or the splits.
