Ep. 167 – AM30 Revisited

Here’s a newly updated version of one of my most popular practices. I’ve gone back and kept everything I loved, including a long warm-up, rhythmic flow, and some invigorating backbends, and added a few new strengthening and mobilising bits to get you moving in the morning or whenever it is you practice. No props necessary. Feel free to have coffee in hand! (All levels/30 Minutes)
