This practice is all about nurturing yourself in a heartfelt and embodied way while experiencing and releasing deep core including psoas and diaphragm. We’ll do a lot of slow feel good movement leading up to some lunges, twists, and flowing bridge pose. You’ll need a massage ball or rolled blanket and a brick. (All Levels/60 Minutes)
