Breath Power Vinyasa Flow Podcast!
Breathe, breathe, breathe! This full-length live vinyasa flow podcast class brings your attention back to the breath through many ways. First, we’ll relax into exhalations and slowly begin to breathe awareness into the upper body. Then, we’ll turn on the core as powered by exhalation. Soon, we’ll move into rhythmic vinyasa flow with strong core support and expansive and empowered chest breath with ujjayi. Standing poses will be explored as opportunities to explore breath and the challenge of the vinyasa flow will be managed by sustaining our breath rhythm. We’ll finish up with some bakasana/crane pose work and some backbends. (60 minutes/Experienced Students)
