No Chaturanga. No Plank. No Down Dog. But plenty of flow and movement. It can be enormously frustrating if you are having issues with your wrists or pain and want to practice yoga. However, you can still flow and move through a slightly different type of practice. Here is a short practice to keep you moving and keep you on your mat. Expects loads of rhythmic and breath-led movement, a few standing poses, and spinal oscillations to keep you feeling happy and healthy in your body. (All levels/25 minutes)
