Handstand can be incredibly daunting, but there is indeed a path leading up to it. One of the first things you can do is start incorporating some practice at the wall. All you need is a wall, or a door, or a refrigerator you don’t mind banging in to. Set your mat and self up facing the wall, do down-dog and follow my clear instructions to hop up like a normal person and develop your strength and confidence in handstanding. (Intermediate/ 5 minutes)
