Here’s a no-fuss evening letting go of stress, fatigue, or whatever you need to let go of practice. We’ll go through some gentle shoulder, hip, and spine releases and end on the floor. If you want to do more there is an optional additional 10 minutes of restorative and meditation. Practice and get to bed!(Gentle/20-30minutes)
