Here’s a practice to help you tune into your senses, experience the world, and be ready to express yourself creatively. We’ll begin breathing and listening, move through a slow and focused sun salutation, see the world upside down, and experience the world within. All the while, we’ll make sure we are calm, stable, and grounded enough to process and feel through the journey. Use before practicing your favourite creative outlet. I use it before piano practice!
