Been stuck on trains, planes, and automobiles? Here’s a practice to get back into your body after a long trip. We’ll stretch out tight hips and shoulders, move a bit, breathe a bit, go upside down a bit, and re-embody. Use whatever space you have – I did this in a hotel room in Kuala Lumpur. And if you haven’t been on a plane, but need a physical reset, this one’s also for you! (25 minutes/All levels)
