Feel your body. Feel your strength! We will use our hands to identify muscles and use them to fire up our flow practice. We’ll include strength drills for chaturanga, core and hip stabilisation, arm balances, side planks, and an extended standing balance flow. This one’s a slow burn! (60 minutes/All levels)
