Ep. 83 – Push/Pull Flow

This live class is focused on upper body strength and mobility and learning to use both the pushing and pulling muscles of the arms and shoulders. We will do a series of lat pull-downs and external rotator strengtheners to prime ourselves for the precise shoulder actions needed for chaturanga and eka pada galavanana/flying pigeon pose. But, no worries, it’s not all technical. We’ll have a full and strong flow. (60 minutes/All levels)
