Practice along with me as I attempt to execute poses I’ve done at least once (or maybe a few times more) before. They include side plank variations with dancer pose and half lotus, scorpion pose, eka hasta bhujasana, and loads of hopping around. Definitely challenging. Definitely fun. (60 minutes/Advanced)
