Slow, strong, and deeply grounding, here’s a flow to start off 2018. Throughout the class we will form an energetic relationship to the ground through the hands and feet, and transfer that energy into the trunk through a root of thighbone into hip. Along the way we will work on boat pose, tolasana, pick-up and lift transitions, and forward folds. Get on your mat! (60 minutes/All Levels)
