We get awfully funny about the curves in our lumbar spine in yoga practice. We do all sorts of things to tuck, lengthen, or lift. How about we just have a play and feel our natural curves in actions through a few bits of sun salutation, standing poses, and backbend?  A feel-good quick-fix and exploration for the lower back.
