Throughout this flow we will stabilise, breathe, and feel into the width of the body. We’ll have loads of bakasana play, side body stretch, outward expansive breath, and a bit of intercostal self-massage. We’ll go through a well-rounded flow that will give you opportunities for shoulder blade broadening, hip and glute stabilising, and upper body strengthening. Plus some bonus deep core work and arm balances on and off your back. (60 minutes/All levels)
