Ep. 93 – Body Mapping Flow


Let’s map our bodies! Starting with our feet and working our way up we will bring awareness, stretch, strength and energetic sensation throughout the whole body so that we know ourselves more deeply. We will go through some standing poses, binds, twists and backbends in a well rounded and moderately paced flow. You’ll need a block, a brick, and whatever blankets, bolsters, and eye bags you can assemble for savasana. (60 minutes/All levels)
