Ep. 97 – Ride the Wave of Breath

This live class is all about breath and transitional movements. Starting by feeling the foundational wave of breath generated by the movement of our diaphragms we will build a flow practice. We work on bringing ease to sometimes tough transitions like stepping a leg through, hopping forward from down-dog, and hopping into handstand. All the while, we’ll find the movement of breath in seemingly still shapes through a full practice that gets to a bit of everything. (60 minutes/All levels)
