Ep. 98 – Luxury Savasana


Treat yourself to a twenty-minute savasana. I’ll give you a few prop ideas (with more below), a bit of breath and basic instruction, and then hold a twenty-minute space for you to dive in. It’s tough work, but super rewarding and ultimately relaxing – although there may be a few bumps along the way.  Dive in! (25 minutes/Gentle)
