Arm Balance Challenge (Online)

Let’s have a fun practice of difficult yoga postures and do so in a way that is skillful, mindful, and compassionate. This workshop will help you find your entry point into arm balances such as bakasana, side plank, and their countless variations in a way that is accessible to all levels. Practice these shapes in all orientations to gravity and re-imagine how arm balances might look in your body. Beginning with the core and working outward through hip flexibility and shoulder strength, we will embrace together the challenge and joy that these postures provide. All levels welcome. This workshop will include a 75-minute practice and a 15-minute Q&A session.
