Is your yoga practice a lot of stretching? Is it working for you? This workshop will help you develop diversity in your stretching techniques, whilst shattering myths and misconceptions. Through a new approach to warm-ups, standing postures, and cool-downs, you will learn the important difference between passive flexibility and active mobility. We will identify common areas of weakness and overstretch, and what to do in and out of class to find balance. We will answer common questions like: What makes someone more flexible than me? How long should I stretch? If I get strong will I be tight? All levels welcome.
