Through practice, Q&A, and creative experimentation, this course will help make vinyasa yoga work for you. Over three sessions, deepen your experience of practice, improve your understanding of anatomy in action, and learn to take pleasure in movement and flow. For experienced students, improvers, and teachers looking to refine their craft.
Part Two: Core development + integration
What is the core and how do we turn it on? Develop isolated and holistic strength through your core muscles. Practice integrating this core into your flow and your standing postures. Lay the groundwork for using this strength to support arm balances and inversions.
