Is core strength necessary for yoga practice or is it just another way we beat ourselves up? This workshop will lead you to some surprising and new discoveries. Instead of endless crunches and planks, we will learn the magic access points to core integration and use them to uplift and improve your execution of sun salutations, standing postures, and the preparations for arm balances and inversions. Beyond the development of holistic strength, we will learn how to stretch, release, and provide compassionate care to the part of us we often hate the most. All levels welcome.
