Find Your Core

What is the core and how do we turn it on? Through a fun, creative, and interactive flow session you will learn the key exercises and yoga drills to develop isolated and holistic strength through your core muscles. Without having to do endless crunches, you will learn the magic access points to core integration and use them in sun salutations, standing postures, and in the groundwork for arm balances and inversions.
For all levels except complete beginners.
