Deepen your experience of vinyasa (or ‘Yoga Flow’), improve your understanding of anatomy in action, and learn to take pleasure in movement and rest. This workshop will help you develop the practical ability to breathe, move, step, and hop in rhythm. Learn why we flow and how it affects your nervous system. Integrate core and shoulder strength into transitional and often problematic postures (like chaturanga dandasana). Suitable for beginners as well as those with some yoga experience.
