Customise your flow and ensure it is sustainable for a lifetime of practice. Deepen your experience of vinyasa, improve your understanding of anatomy in action, and learn to take pleasure in movement and rest. Develop the practical ability to breathe, move, step, and hop in rhythm. Learn why we flow and how it affects your nervous system. Integrate core and shoulder strength into transitional and often problematic postures (like chaturanga dandasana).
For all levels except complete beginners.
