Find Your Flow: rhythmic vinyasa for mental well-being

What are the techniques and requirements to ensure your vinyasa flow practice is pain-free, enjoyable, and improves your well-being? To answer, this workshop will have two goals. First: develop, refine, and advance your practice of the primary components of vinyasa, which include sun salutations, chaturangas, and transitional hops and steps. Second: ensure that you enlist these rhythmic movements and breath towards an aim of balancing your nervous system; in other words, feeling calm, feeling creative, feeling good. All levels welcome.
