Free Online Community Class: Yoga for Self-Acceptance

Join me in a 90 minute yoga practice, ‘Yoga for Self-Acceptance’.
In this class, we explore themes of self-acceptance, self-compassion, and forgiveness. Expect my unique blend of active and restful practices as we inquire into the way we speak to and care for our bodies and hearts. Bring a good sense of humour and playfulness and a willingness to inquire.
What to expect:
- Mindful slow flow yoga and moments of customisable challenge
- Self-massage and restorative yoga
- Guided meditation and visualisation
- Small practices to take away and use regularly
Please have a strap, a tennis ball or massage ball, a blanket, and whatever bolsters or cushions you have around the house!
