Join Adam and Adam for a full-length flow and restore practice focused on developing healthy, happy, and skilful movement at the hips.
Expect a complete, strong and well-rounded vinyasa sequence that will include:
– Dynamic hip stretching and strengthening
– Practical technique for hip alignment in a range of yoga asana
– Myofascial release, self-massage and restorative postures
