What is savasana and how do we get there? How on earth do you tame the restless mind and body? We will take a vinyasa flow journey into rest ensuring you have a full-body physical experience, burn off anxiety, and are ready to lie down.
In this workshop we will:
– Practise full body awareness, care, and release
– Modify, prop, or customise savasana until you drop into stillness
– Explore the three-stages of physical rest and mental renewal
