Start 2019 by immersing yourself in the practice of feel-good yoga for self-care. Fill up your yoga toolkit with simple and effective practices to strengthen your body.
In this workshop we will focus your mind as we go through a complete, strong, and well-rounded vinyasa practice, rest in restorative postures, and finish with a group compassion meditation.
Practical and to the point, you’ll leave with techniques you can use at home, at work, or whenever this new year demands. This will be an all-levels practice with something for everyone, no matter your experience level.
