Strength, Rhythm, and Flow: advance and deepen your vinyasa practice

Through practice, Q&A, and creative experimentation, this workshop will give you the tools to customise your flow and ensure it is sustainable for a lifetime of practice. Deepen your experience of vinyasa, improve your understanding of anatomy in action, and learn to take pleasure in movement and rest.
- Develop the practical ability to breathe, move, step, and hop in rhythm
- Learn why we flow and how it affects your nervous system
- Integrate core and shoulder strength into transitional and often problematic postures (like chaturanga dandasana)
For students with at least six months consistent practice.
