Through practice, Q&A, and creative experimentation, this course will help make vinyasa yoga work for you. Over three sessions, deepen your experience of practice, improve your understanding of anatomy in action, and learn to take pleasure in movement and flow. For experienced students, improvers, and teachers looking to refine their craft.
Part Three: Arm balances + inversions
How do we get upside down? How do we stay up? How do we get back down in one piece? Handstand, Forearm stand, Crow, and the like may seem like all-or-nothing postures, but learn how to take it one step at a time and begin to include or refine these tough but joyful postures within your practice.
