Through practice, Q&A, and creative experimentation, this course will help make vinyasa yoga work for you. Over three sessions, deepen your experience of practice, improve your understanding of anatomy in action, and learn to take pleasure in movement and flow. For experienced students, improvers, and teachers looking to refine their craft.
Part One: Sun salutations + vinyasa transitions
Why do we flow and how do we do it best? How do we breathe and move in rhythm without getting lost or distracted? Break down sun salutations, including chaturanga dandasana, for greater understanding and deeper feeling. Customise and improve transitions, including hops and jumps, for individual sustainability, grace, and challenge.
