1. Focus & Imagination (1:00 – 3:00pm)

Discover the power of mindfulness and creative visualisation within your practice. Explore mindfulness of the body and meditative focal points. Learn how to use visualisations, mantras, statements of intentions, and poses as embodied metaphors. Expect a combination of meditation, flow, and a combination of energetic and restful postures. All levels welcome

2. Calm: Restorative yoga and beyond (4:00 – 6:00pm)

Do you need some yoga tools to practice a gentle form of self-kindness and care? Do you like restorative yoga but wonder what else you might do? In this extended practice and workshop, along with classic restorative postures, you will learn and experience practical techniques of self-massage, breath manipulation, and flow-based movement to calm and soothe your body and mind. Meditations and visualisations will be explored to help you develop an attitude of self-compassion as we journey into deep rest. Join us and take away practices you can use whenever you need a bit of calm. All levels welcome

We highly recommend you join us for the full afternoon but the individual workshops can also be purchased separately.
