Endemic issues of mental health, body self-esteem, gender politics, and a never-ending push to do more leave us in a conflicted and painful relationship with the flesh and bones we live in. We become hugely proficient in creating reasons why we don’t need or deserve the care that can so easily be given. Change begins today! Explore practical ways to develop a healthy and feel-good relationship with your body and your self. Through self-massage, rhythmic movement, and accessible yoga stretch and strengthening postures we will breathe together, stand together and learn to treat ourselves with compassion and kindness unconditionally. Yoga is for everybody, and so is this day of practice.
