A yoga beginners course is the ideal way to begin your practice and discover yoga in a safe and fun space, and is also suitable for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.
In this course you will learn a full and well-balanced yoga sequence that will introduce you to all the major pose types and movements you will encounter in public yoga classes. The course builds through week-by-week repetition to allow you to build confidence and proficiency in the basics of yoga postures, alignment, and breathing techniques ultimately leading to the ability to rest, relax, and focus. Adam’s course is supplemented through extensive online content and resources to reinforce the classroom teaching.
You will receive personal attention and will work at a pace that ensures learning, as well as improvement in posture, breath, tone, strength, flexibility and a greater ability to cope with stress. This course creates a strong and safe foundation from which you can confidently discover the different styles of yoga in any level one or open-level classes.
