This slightly more advanced flow leads up to bird of paradise, eka hasta bhujasana (pictured), and compass pose. It involves patient working with hamstrings, leg and glute strength, and shoulder and chest opening because one way or another you have to get your leg over your shoulder or your shoulder under your leg. Although strong and pretzely, this flow isn’t rushed and you will have plenty of time to work in to these tough postures. (Advanced/68 minutes)
