My first podcast! This is a fifteen-minute or so audio only practice that you can do it on-the-go. Lately, I’ve been stuck in airports and needing something simple and effective I can do in a chair, as I find it a bit weird to crouch down on dirty floors in public.
So, we’ll open hips and neck and shoulders and twist a bit to feel better. Very excited about offering these to you and let me know what I can do next.
