While attending college at the University of Wisconsin â€“ Madison, Jill discovered yoga as a means to exercise and relieve stress. She quickly found herself practicing every day, deepening her yoga practice and benefiting from the physical,emotional and eventually spiritual aspects of the practice.
She is now teaching yoga in studios and for corporations in Ottawa, Canada and Washington DC.Â She leads yoga retreats around the world and offers yoga coaching for clients locally and via skype or travel.Â She has studied with Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, and Anna Forrest and UK teachers including Jane Kersel, Kate Ellis,Bridget Woods-Kramer, Anna Ashby, and Rebecca Parker.
Jill teaches a vinyasa-based practice with the strength and the precision of alignment to offer a strong, fluid, and self-serving practice. She also teaches yoga and meditation to corporations through on-going instruction and her 3-week intensive program, Yoga for Creativity and Growth.
